GEA Tuchenhagen aseptic VESTA sterile valves are approved according to 3-A sanitary standard 55-02, Boot Seal-Type Valves. With a size range from 1/2 through 4 in. (OD), the valves operate without the use of a membrane or diaphragm; sealing is achieved through hermetically sealed, pocket-free PTFE bellows that reduce the retention of process product.
