Servo driven, GN Thermoforming DX contact-heat, in-mold cut thermoformers are used for the production of plastic food packaging. They are available with an optional RSX robotic stacker that provides A/B and A/B/C stacking capabilities; the rotating head turns products 180° for de-nesting and can stack any configuration the thermoformer delivers. The stacker’s X/Y axis is positioned in the center of the sheet line to handle and transfer parts at high speeds.
