With the drive in the middle of the conveyor, the Dorner 2200 Series mid-drive belt conveyor platform frees up the motor and mounts from both ends, making them available for nosebar transfer tails; it also can be positioned anywhere along the length of the conveyor. The mid-drive design has 2 halves that come apart so the belt can be quickly changed. The bi-directional drive is capable of speeds up to 400 ft./min. and loads up to 80 lbs.
