Heinz announced a new senior leadership team following its acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital on June 7. Paulo Basilio, a partner at 3G Capital who previously served as America Latina Logistica (ALL) from 2010 to September 2012, will serve as chief financial officer. Kristen Clark, who served most recently as president of Heinz North America,was appointed SVP and chief people officer. In this role, she will direct the worldwide human resources function. Brendan Foley, most recently president of US Consumer Products, will serve as zone president of Heinz North America.
Matt Hill was appointed zone president of Heinz Europe after a year as president of Heinz, UK and Northern Ireland. Andy Keatings will join the leadership team as chief quality officer, and Emin Mammadov will serve as zone president of Heinz Russia, Turkey, Middle East and North Africa. Fernando Pocaterra will serve as zone president of Heinz Latin America, and Hein Schumaker has been appointed zone president of Heinz Asia Pacific. Eduardo Pelleissone joins Heinz as EVP of Operations following 14 years with America Latina Logistica.
