The ACS Valves Aero-Flow series of rotary feeders is designed to pneumatically convey dense materials such as fine powders used in food and bakery processing. The unit uses a dual-induction endplate design to introduce pressurized air from both endplates into the rotor pockets carrying the high-bulk density process material. The feeders feature a precision-machined 10-vane rotor with beveled tips and sides and feeder housing offered in cast iron, 304 or 316 stainless steel, in heights of 17 ½ in. or 21 1/8 in.  The feeder is suited to applications with pressure differentials up to 15 psig and temperatures to 500°F.
