Using ceramic nozzles, the ERO-OE gluing system lays down up to 8 pre-established patterns, including dots. An electronic 240W 4-channel control panel drives 3 independent GTE-13/S-type glue valves and a UV marker; it supports up to 4 photo eyes. Intended for case maker/flexo-folder machines, the system delivers 3 individually controlled glue stripes, allowing pattern alignment on the ends of angled flaps. In automatic mode, operators set the flap angle and glue gap the first time; all other measurements are set automatically. Semi-automatic or manual modes can also be set using 8 function keys. The system has a maximum production speed of more than 2,000 fpm.
