Chobani, Inc.'s facility at Twin Falls, winner of Food Engineering's 2013 Plant of the Year Award, has reached optimal production capacity in under a year, allowing the company to rebalance and optimize production between facilities in Upstate New York and Twin Falls. The Twin Falls facility was completed in December 2012, after being built from the ground up in 1.7 million work hours through a $450 million investment. The facility supports around 1,200 local jobs.
