The Flexicon Flexi-Disc tubular cable conveyor is designed for the gentle transfer of friable food products. The conveyor uses high-strength polymer discs affixed to a stainless steel or galvanized cable that slides within the smooth stainless steel tubing to move fragile food products dust-free, horizontally, vertically or at any angle. The unit is offered in unlimited configurations and can be designed as a standalone system or fully integrated with upstream and downstream equipment.
