IP69K rated, the Fortress Stealth metal detector features a modular design and a control panel that withstands harsh production environments; an epoxy chute makes the detector water resistant. It incorporates digital signal processing to detect and reject ferrous and non‐ferrous metals, including non‐magnetic stainless steel in food processing and packaging applications. The detector can be used with bakery, meats, ready meals, dairy, confectionery and fresh, chilled and frozen foods. Options include an aperture lining using epoxy resin with a labyrinth design seal for heavy washdowns or a dry liner for wipe-down applications.
