Sartorius Dymond series X-ray inspection systems have air-cooled X-ray tubes that create a small focal point for detection sensitivity. The detectors produce clear images with low interference at adjustable belt speeds from 5 to 100m/min. They use multi-level image processing and complex algorithms to carry out completeness checks on packaging with multiple layers and can inspect products on up to 8 conveyor belt tracks simultaneously. The detectors have a stainless steel housing and protection class of IP65.
