The Circle Packaging Flexibag Si-500 bagging machine creates 4-side-sealed sachets with a variety of contour sealing possibilities and easy-opening devices. Features include a height-adjustable film roll mounting, servo-driven film drive, film reels up to 800mm in diameter, a PLC-controlled web edge guiding system and an optional integrated printing system. The unit packages thin to viscous liquids, pastes, powders and granulated products. Speeds up to 1,400 packages/min. can be achieved, depending on package size and packaging material. The bagger accommodates web widths of 500mm.
