The Delkor C1 1400 robotic packer integrates forming, loading and closing with a detection device that locates and discharges out-of-place packaging before it can jam the system. Designed for use with the Tetra Pak Tetra Wedge aseptic package for juice, nectar, still drinks, tea and milk drinks, as well as other types of packaging, the loader pivots alternating containers to nest them in a carton. It handles a range of case formats, sizes, packing patterns and multiple substrates including paperboard, microflute and corrugated materials.
