Designed for high-speed and high-volume mixing applications, Ross high-shear mixers with solids/liquid injection manifold technology feature a rotor/stator device that injects powders directly into a fast-moving liquid stream without an eductor or pump. The hopper has multiple ports to accommodate air pulse devices that prevent the bridging of challenging powders. An optional pneumatically actuated ball valve modulates the powder injection rate. Standard wetted parts are stainless steel 316 polished to a 150-grit finish.
