The VARO horizontal processing tank has an agitator coil design that heats or cools product while it is being mixed, keeping its shape and structure intact. The optional aroma recovery unit recaptures aromas lost during evaporation and recycles them into the product. A touch screen PLC system controls the tank, which comes in 1,000- and 2,500-liter capacities. Custom turnkey solutions are available.
