ACS Valves Quick-Clean cast stainless steel, tool-less rotary airlock valves for sanitary applications feature a design that enables full validation access to the rotor and all internal surfaces of the housing; the CIP-ready design eliminates internal crevices and joints. The internal surfaces are polished to a No. 4 finish. The valves come in sizes from 6 to 18 in. with pressure differentials up to 20 psig and temperature tolerances up to 750°F. A range of rotor configurations is offered.
