Taco Bell seeks fast food breakfast presence with waffle taco
The chain's breakfast menu will be launched March 27.

Taco Bell announced it will debut a new breakfast menu on March 27 with items including a waffle taco filled with sausage and egg, a bacon and egg burrito and a breakfast wrap. The chain says it will remain open until 11 am, a half hour later than McDonald's currently serves breakfast. McDonald's says it will increase marketing of breakfast this year as new players including Taco Bell and Subway seek to take away market share.
