Intended for dough mixing, the Knoll America MX30R progressive cavity pump is used with high-viscous mixtures with pressures up to 150psi. It comes with a feeding screw and oversized inlet. Water nozzles are inserted into the pump housing. Following the mixing and pumping process of dough, the pump nozzles are used to clean the inside of the unit; no dismantling is required.
