The OYSTAR A+F SetLine wraparound case packer end-of-line system packs single cups, cup sets and bottles of various shapes and sizes directly into trays or cases; it also sleeves primary packs into multi-packs prior to packing them. Utilizing customized dual-axis robots, it runs a variety of counts, formats and materials such as paperboard, chipboard and corrugated. End effectors pick product primarily with grippers manipulated by robotic motion. The packer can be used as standalone unit or linked directly to filling equipment.
