The Spiroflow inline twin-screw, continuous proportional blender has an adjustable blend ratio to facilitate the addition of flavorings, seasonings and other food ingredients for mixing applications; the secondary ingredient is introduced directly into the center of the primary ingredient’s flow. Two or more rotating spiral-type conveyors of different diameters are included inside the blender, with the tube of the smaller conveyor located within the spiral of the larger one. The blender delivers volumetric accuracy of +/- 2% and gravimetric accuracy of +/-.5 to 1.0%.
