B&R Smart Display Link 3 digital display data transmission technology allows a maximum distance of 100m between the PC and panel to operate HMI devices. With the technology, all communication channels are transferred over a standard Ethernet cable. Graphics data is transferred directly from the PC system to the panel without having to be processed by additional PC architecture in the panel. The technology can be used on all automation panels, regardless of the operating system.
