Designed for dairy and baby food producers, the Bosch TFC 5532 thermoform, fill and seal machine is intended for liquid and viscous food such as yogurts, desserts and fresh products that require extended shelf life. A 4 x 6 cup configuration enables output of up to 43,200 cups/hr. and handles cup sizes ranging from portion packs to dessert cups; it also is compatible with hot-fill applications and products with particulates up to 25mm in diameter. The in-mold labeling system creates 24 single labels in 1 step and feeds them in parallel into the machine. A semi-enclosed tunnel with overpressure of filtered air maintains the required hygienic level during product filling to avoid recontamination.
