Eliminating the need for cardboard trays under shrinkwrapped packs, the Emerson System Plast low-back pressure accumulation belt conveyor provides support for a variety of containers. Consisting of 1/2-in. acetal rollers, the conveyor surface rolls under packs during accumulation, minimizing pressure on bottles at the head of the queue. A small pitch diameter and 3/4-in. nose bar allow tight end transfers.
