Providing a 4 to 20mA output, the APG PT-500 submersible pressure transducer is available with Modbus, as well as 0 to 5VDC and mV/V. A hydrophobic membrane on the vent cap option protects the transducer from condensation; it filters out moisture rather than absorbing it. A strain relief can be provided on the back of the sensor. Built with laser welds, the transducer includes temperature compensation, comes with a Class 1 Division 1 intrinsically safe certification and features integrated lightning protection.
