An integrated system for carton serialization, the MG America ACE-CT400 coding and verification unit handles cartons ranging in size from 20 x 20 x 80mm to 120 x 80 x200mm at a maximum speed of 400/min. Coding can be performed on either side of a carton and/or on top. Servo-driven belts provide speed management and position control throughout the process. Carton rejection is performed via a servo-driven reject button; optional tamper-evident flap seal dispensers are available.
