The Multi-Conveyor 2:1 mild steel-constructed  bag conveyor system merges over 100 products/min. from 2 lines into a single line to feed an automated case packing machine. Individual baggers deposit on both lines at predetermined speeds to complete the vertical merge. Controlled by a Rockwell L71 processor that communicates with Rockwell K6500 servo controllers over Ethernet using CIP motion, the system includes 6 conveyor sections, including incline mat style belts, plastic belt curves, a grip top belt and 3 belt servo merge systems that feed into an existing case packer.
