The Anritsu high-definition DualX X-ray inspection system detects low-density contaminants, analyzing 2 different X-ray energy signals simultaneously to distinguish between product and contaminant. The system is used to detect low-density poultry bones including fan, scapula and pulley bones in filets. It also offers the detection of bone in beef and pork cuts, as well as stones and glass in products containing harvested items.
