Manufactured for food processing, dairy engineering and process industry environments, Tel-Tru Digi-Tel electronic thermometers meet FDA Rule 21 CFR 113.40 requirements for temperature indicators used in retorts and the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance requirements for dairy applications. The stainless steel models are built into 5-in. diameter cases with a 1-in. tall digital display and a temperature range of -70°F to 750°F; a unit with a 4 1/2-in. diameter polypropylene wall-mounted housing and remote sensor also is available. Stem lengths range from 2 1/2 to 24 in., with a variety of threaded and sanitary fittings.
