The MG America ACE-BT300 coding and verification unit for bottle serialization provides track and trace capabilities as granular as unit level. It handles round, square and rectangular bottles from 22 to 120mm in diameter at a rate up 300/min. Bottle coding is performed bottom up or down. The machine offers single-point adjustment for format changeovers, while bottle rejection is performed via a linear, motor-driven shaft.
