Fancy Food Show named one of top New York eventsThe Summer Fancy Food Show, owned and produced by the Specialty Foods Association, has been named one of New York’s top 100 most powerful events by BizBash, a resource hub for the event and meeting industry.

The show, which placed second out of six food and restaurant industry events, debuted in 1954 and is devoted exclusively to specialty foods and beverages in North America. For the rankings BizBash factors in economic impact, buzz, innovation, and the event's prominence within the communities it intends to serve.

 This year’s Summer Fancy Food Show takes place June 28–30, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. The 2014 show featured about 1,500 exhibitors, covered 361,000 sq. ft. of space and drew approximately 22,00 attendees.
