Accepting infeed products up to 6 1/2 in. in any dimension, the Urschel Sprint 2 dicer has a stainless steel sanitary design throughout the food zone, which is completely isolated from the mechanical zone. It produces a range of dices, slices, strips and granulations for vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, candy and bakery/snack products. A dial-in slice knob locks in close tolerances, while a compact cutting zone transitions cut product. Motor options include 1.5hp (1.1kW) or 3hp (2.2kW) equipped with soft start, or 3hp (2.2kW) with a variable frequency drive.
