Processing up to 3,000 front halves/hr., the Mayekawa YIELDAS 3000 front-half deboning system for chicken automatically creates filets or butterfly products. The tenders are precut and removed, and the whole wings are discharged. The carcass also is discharged to render. The system can accommodate nearly any size bird, with preprocessed bird weights ranging from approximately 5 to nearly 8 lb. and front-half weights from 2 to 3 1/2 lb.
