Embedded with Ethernet, the OMRON CP1L-E compact PLC provides remote access, monitoring and data logging; the Ethernet port with socket services enables adopting whatever protocol an application requires including UDP, TCP, Modbus TCP and the Omron FINS Ethernet protocol. It connects instantly over a default IP address to a switch or directly to a computer or HMI without a crossover cable. The PLC provides 4 high-speed encoder inputs and 2 high-speed pulse outputs.
