Mixer/grinder
The Hollymatic Model 175 mixer/grinder has a 150-lb. capacity hopper that tilts and can be removed for cleaning. It features a “figure 8” mixing paddle that blends fat to lean, while the minimally exposed feed screw prevents temperature rise in the product. The unit includes an adjustable operation height, a 7.5hp grind motor, safety interlocked and counterbalanced lid, swing-open removable hopper, automatic electric overload reset and meat deflector.
