Designed for food processing and dairy engineering environments, Tel-Tru Digi-Tel electronic thermometers meet FDA Rule 21 CFR 113.40 requirements for temperature indicators used in retorts and the requirements of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance for dairy applications. The all-stainless steel thermometers are built into 5-in. diameter cases with a 1-in. tall digital display and a temperature range of -70°F to 750°F. A model with a 4 1/2-in. diameter polypropylene wall mounted housing and remote sensor is available. Stem lengths range from 2 1/2- to 24 in., with a variety of threaded and sanitary fittings.
