Built for packaging machine applications, the VACON 20 AC drive includes a built-in PLC functionality. It features a parameter-copying tool that can clone settings without main power in the drive and the ability to utilize unused I/O for performing other machine-related tasks. The drive is available in 110V to 600V versions with power ranges up to 18.5kW/25hp. Optional modules allow the drive to be connected to almost any communication system including CANOpen, Fieldbus, DeviceNet and Profibus DP.
