Compatible with a range of containers including tall bottles and large canisters, the PDC steam tunnel system includes an integrated air knife blowoff system and stainless dual wall construction. The dual zone system has 6 rows of steam distribution tubes on each side; every row is externally adjustable for steam volume, flow and rotary position. A primary “pre-shrink zone” at the tunnel entrance anchors the base of the sleeves in position, while a nozzle positioner directs steam during the shrinking process. The air knife drying system includes a 10 or 15hp blower, washdown VFD and disconnect.
