Featuring multiple product handling areas, the PMI VXL all-servo, vertical top-load cartoner singulates and orients pouches from a bulk hopper and then loads them into a built-in tilt-tray system that delivers them into the carton. The cartoner includes a hot melt system, reverse fold carton sealing, an open-flap detection/reject station and no-carton/no-product fill control. Available in washdown construction with a welded stainless steel base frame, it is Category 3 Safety compliant and can reach speeds up to 200 cartons/min.
