Accepting products measuring up to 6 1/2 in. in any dimension, the Urschel Sprint 2 dicer features a stainless steel sanitary design, with the food zone completely isolated from the mechanical zone. A dial-in slice knob locks in close tolerances, while the cutting zone transitions cut product. Motor options include 1.5 hp (1.1kW) or 3 hp (2.2kW) equipped with soft start, or 3 hp (2.2kW) with a variable frequency drive. The dicer comes with or without a built-in conveyor.
