UL rated and built to conform to NFPA 79 standards, Ross SysCon PLC-based control systems can be custom designed and manufactured for a variety of processes such as mixing, pumping, chemical dosing, dilution, heat exchange, separation, drying and waste treatment. Typical features include a recipe sequencing program, calibration menus, trending screens, data acquisition (SCADA) packages and operator-friendly alarms. Process variables are controlled from a responsive color touchscreen and can be automatically stored for monitoring and reporting. CE marking can be provided to indicate full compliance with EU requirements.
