Wanner Model P200 Hydra-Cell metering pumps feature gearbox reducers with ratios from 60:1 to 5:1. Combined with variable frequency drive electronic flow adjustment, the pumps provide flow throughout the turndown range at up to 81.0 gph (255.4 lph) at pressure ratings to 350 psi (24 bar) for nonmetallic pump heads and 1,000 psi (69 bar) for metallic pump heads. Spring-loaded, horizontal disc check valves and a seal-less design allow the pumps to handle viscous fluids and abrasive particulates up to 200 microns in size.
