Heidelberg Foods (St. Joseph, ON) plans a 12,000-sq.-ft. expansion to increase its sausage, pepperoni, ham and other meat processing capabilities.

Tecumseh Farms, a poultry producer, opened a 30,000-sq.-ft. addition to its Tecumseh, NE plant.

Grand River Foods (Cambridge, ON) is spending more than $13 million to increase the production and diversity of its product lines. The processor makes more than 200 products such as chicken wings for grocery stores and foodservice companies.
