The MGS Machine Pulse 1-lane, servo-driven friction feeder achieves speeds of up to 300 products/min. Built for packaging foods, the feeder has a single-sided design; it is open on the non-drive side, providing access to the friction belts, friction meter wheel and drive belt. The unit comes with a horizontal discharge and batch counting capability. A conveyor mount, color touchscreen, intuitive user interface and 30-in. magazine are standard. Options include a vertical placement module, U-board folding module and discharge extension.
