The Banner Q4X clear object laser distance sensor combines window thresholds on target distance and target reflected intensity to detect transparent and challenging objects, regardless of the angle or shape. Constructed with housing rated to IP67, IP68 or IP69K, it can be used in wet and high-pressure washdown environments. Applications include thermal formers, blow molding, bottle filling, bottle handling, shrinkwrap packaging and bottle, jar or tray detection.
