The Bühler PULSROLL pulse huller removes the hull from multiple pulses on one machine. CE and ATEX compliant, it draws on 15 hp and has a capacity of 4 tonnes/hr. The pulses are fed by gravity into the unit’s milling chamber, where frictional forces created between several grinding stones and sieves separate the hull from the pulse. The grind can be adjusted by fine-tuning the gap between the sieves and grinding stones.
