Built for use in industrial boilers, the Sensorex inline high-temperature, high-pressure CS875 conductivity sensor provides repeatable measurements at saturated steam conditions up to 600 psig (41.4 bar) and temperatures to 486°F without cooling the process sample. It has a 316 stainless steel body and measuring pin, a thermally resistant PEEK insert, perfluoroelastomer O-rings and 3/4-in. male NPT mounting threads with a 1-in. insertion depth. Enabling continuous automatic blowdown control, the sensor is compatible with most makes and models of conductivity transmitters or controllers.
