The NuTEC 745 food forming system can be moved from 1 area of a plant to another. It includes a rotary vane pump that moves product into the fill area. The system can form a variety of different raw materials, such as beef, poultry, vegetables and mixes, at production rates up to 3,600 lb./hr.
