Able to create a variety of baked pet treats, the Reading RBS pet treat production system includes mixing, forming, baking and drying equipment. The continuous mixer is suitable for soft, chewy and hard, crunchy pet treats, while the forming equipment options create rotary molded, extruded and sheeted products. High-velocity convection ovens and dryers are standard; a multi-pass dryer is optional. The system produces 125 to 3,000kg of treats/hr.
