Engineered for ovals, squares, rectangles and squeeze bottles, the PDC R-250-ERT shrink labeler applies full-sleeve shrink labels and tamper-evident sleeves at speeds up to 300 containers/min.; the containers can be filled or empty. PVC, PETG, OPS and PLA labels, in gauges as thin as 30 to 40 microns, are compatible with the labeler. A splice-on-the-fly accumulator allows roll changes without halting production. Systems can be built with modules for vertical and horizontal perforations and date coding.
