Engineered for the 24/7 temperature monitoring of perishable foods, CAEN RFID RT0005 semi-passive UHF logger tags record temperatures in transportation and storage applications. They also calculate the mean kinetic temperature and remaining product shelf-life time, and generate alarms when values exceed preset high or low temperatures. The tags can be started via standard RFID commands or by pressing a button.
