Available on the NuTEC 745 former, the NuTEC Ultimate patty fill system forms patties in portions up to 1-in. thick and 10 oz. in weight. The patties are assembled in random, interweaving grinder-sized strands to transfer heat throughout the product. The system also creates juice pockets within the patties.
